Refund policy

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund. Once the returned item(s) have been received in our studio the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

This does not apply to custom/personalized orders. Custom printed items are non-refundable once your proofs have been approved.
By approving your final proofs, you are responsible for the text and layout as shown.
